The Element
The design aesthetic of The Element is a reinterpretation of the principles of mid-century modern design. The Element expresses a forward-thinking Eichler-style architectural statement, similar in spirit to post-war modernism of the 1950's and 1960's. The Eichler homes featured open plans, clerestory windows, floor to ceiling glass, atria, angular roofs, integration of inside and outside features and a simple elemental treatment of architectural design.
The Element, a 15-story mid-rise tower designed in the mid-century modern style will feature glass walls and open floor plans with bold geometric lines. Richly colored walls and highly stylized furniture and artwork accent the interiors of this mid-century modern masterpiece.
